Rice has been a staple for a long time in my family and I enjoy making it often to this day. Rice is nutritious, it doesn’t take long to make, and it is a really nice accompaniment to all kinds of fantastic dishes. I can add some rice to a Mexican-inspired meal or make some rice to go with an Asian feast or with an all-American dinner.
Even though rice doesn’t take that long to cook on the stovetop, it is hard to get it just right. I would often burn the rice a little bit or not cook it all the way. Getting the right amount of water with the right amount of rice would be a challenge for me and it is something that I struggled with until I finally got a great rice cooker.
I had to give in finally and get a Panasonic rice cooker. I no longer have to worry about how long to cook the rice or any of those details because the rice cooker does it all for me. The best part is, I can use it not only for rice, but for cooking vegetables, fish, meat, and all kinds of other tasty foods. The rice cooker is great for that perfectly fluffy white rice that I love.
